I found The Chambers to be a perfect location for a first time visitor to Minneapolis. Only 10ish-minute walk to Loring Park/Walker Art Institute OR the trail along the Mississippi. You are also close to Target Field/Target Center and a variety of theatres like The Dakota and First Avenue. It was a short walk to the LRT station (transit), which you can grab to/from the airport (only $2!). The hotel itself was very comfortable and never busy or overwhelming. The rooms very comfortable, particularly the heated bathroom floors and the big shower. Beyond that, you get a simple complimentary breakfast between 7-9am. The hotel also offers free bike rentals, which is a great way to see the city as the Grand Rounds trail and overall biking infrastructure in Minneapolis is excellent. Lastly, the staff was helpful and kind. Overall, just a perfect place to land.

Comfortable room with nice sofa, and a good size desk and Wi-Fi if you need to get work done. Comfortable bed. Easy to hook up your phone to listen to music or stream. Very clean. Friendly staff. I like the way the vintage building has been retrofitted, and the location near theaters is good. Parking garage is a little expensive but very convenient. You can also get there by train or bus.

Art

The room was spacious and well furnished and decorated tastefully. The bathroom was also large with walk in shower. The staff was friendly. They offered a basic breakfast with coffee, juices, muffins, etc. The entire hotel was upscale in decor and artworks. I was attending a conference held downtown and this was an affordable and satisfying alternative to the conference hotel.

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. An excellent value. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. I didn't see a microwave, which is fine with me. It's tacky to have them in hotel rooms and the smell of other people's food can be unpleasant. There was a good refrigerator.

The property was very unique, had a great vibe and was modern. I loved my room, it was a nice size and very clean. The location was great! The only downfall… the parking situation was terrible!!! I will admit, the parking garage we used was very secure and safe but it required you to walk out side a block away with your luggage.
